About SEGA 2024

The second Southeast Europe General Aviation Conference was held from September 18 to 20, 2024. The first two days of the conference took place in Belgrade, attracting over 40 companies from 12 countries worldwide. The diverse program consisted of numerous networking opportunities, presentations by experts and leaders, and panel discussions covering the most relevant topics affecting general aviation not only in the Southeast European region but also globally.

Some of these topics included: artificial intelligence in aviation, aviation after the pandemic, finding and training tomorrow’s aviation professionals, the future of general aviation market in Southeast Europe, the impact of global events on general aviation. The conference featured some of the biggest names in aviation industry: Boeing, Diamond Aircraft, Lycoming Engines, Concorde Batteries, Lear Chemical Research Corporation, Tempest Aero, Adams Aviation, Aviation Academy Belgrade, which attracted a large number of delegates and resulted in an incredible 120 B2B meetings.

 On the third day of the SEGA conference, at the Ečka Sports Airport near the city of Zrenjanin, guests had the opportunity to relax and showcase their practical capabilities. We also organized a flight program during which conference attendees had the chance to fly in sport aircraft. The flight program was a huge success, with Diamond’s DA42 receiving great admiration, and an incredible demonstration of the fogging technique for ACF-50 by Lear Chemical Research Corporation.
